IMPORTANT:
All athletes must be cleared through the Athletics Clearance System 72 hours before tryouts.
Athletes that fail to do this will not be allowed to participate in the first day of tryouts or any day following until their clearance is approved.

Varsity and JV Tennis: (Open to students in grades 6-12)
JV tryouts – Monday, January 12, and Tuesday, January 13, from 4:00-5:30 pm.
Varsity tryouts -Wednesday, January 14, and Thursday, January 15, from 4:00-5:30 pm.
Rain date for tryouts – Friday, January 16, from 4:00-5:30pm
Tryouts take place at Shorecrest’s home courts – Willis S Johns Recreation Center – 6635 Martin Luther King Street. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 – Bus transportation is provided and will leave Shorecrest at 3:45 pm.
Standard tennis attire and equipment are needed, including warmups, sweatpants & sweatshirts to accommodate different types of weather.
Practice days & times – JV practices on Mondays and Wednesdays, Varsity practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Bus transportation is provided and will leave Shorecrest at 3:45 pm.
