IMPORTANT:

All athletes must be cleared through the Athletics Clearance System 72 hours before tryouts.

Athletes that fail to do this will not be allowed to participate in the first day of tryouts or any day following until their clearance is approved.

JV & Varsity Football: (Open to boys in grades 7-12)

The first phase of our offseason preparation will take place in May (one week), with specific dates to be announced at a later time.

To adequately prepare, we will need three weeks of structured training in July. Each player will be required to complete a minimum of 12 workdays, which includes weight training, conditioning, and on-field drills. While players are permitted to train in the weight room during June (during established weight room hours), the following dates are scheduled to meet the 12-day minimum requirement. Workdays will be held Monday through Thursday each week from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM:

  • June 29 – July 2
  • July 6 – July 9
  • July 13 – July 16
  • July 20 – July 21

Please make every effort to plan accordingly and ensure your son’s attendance throughout July, as this preparation is essential to our success.
