IMPORTANT:

All athletes must be cleared through the Athletics Clearance System 72 hours before tryouts.

Athletes that fail to do this will not be allowed to participate in the first day of tryouts or any day following until their clearance is approved.

V Girls Lacrosse: (Open to girls grades 7-12)

Daily practice schedule: Monday through Friday: 4:30-6:00 pm

Practice attire requirements: Athletes should arrive in athletic clothes, cleats (non-metal) or sneakers and bring a lacrosse stick, a mouthguard, and a pair of goggles or a helmet. Gloves are optional.

• Note: Shorecrest provides helmets for each player, which are required for games and may also be used in practice.
