Shorecrest requires parents to complete an Athletic Waiver (Release and Indemnification Agreement) for EACH SPORT.

This waivers are legal documents; therefore, it is required that all 5 pages of EACH waiver be uploaded into a student’s athletic clearance account for EACH sport that a student participates in at Shorecrest.
